What a CRM project covers
Every business starts from a different place, so the price you receive lists which of these your project needs and the order they happen in.
Choosing the platform
We map how enquiries arrive, who follows them up and what you report on, then shortlist the CRMs that fit that process and your budget per user.
Pipeline and fields
Stages, deal fields and ownership rules built to match the way your team actually sells, so the system records what you need and nothing you will never use.
Moving your data
Contacts, companies, open deals and history cleaned, de-duplicated and imported from spreadsheets, an inbox or an older system, then checked against the original.
Connecting your tools
Email, calendars, website forms, accounting and phone systems linked, so records update themselves instead of being typed in twice by different people.
Automation
Follow-up reminders, task assignment and simple email sequences set up at the points where enquiries currently slip through the gaps.
Training and handover
Short sessions for the people who will use it every day, plus written notes on how it is configured, so your team can run it without calling us.

Every provider below was read on its own page through our fetch box, and the row says what that page published on the day we read it. 6 of 29 publish a figure; the rest are listed too, because how many will not quote a number is the most useful thing about this market. Nothing here is a quote for your job: it is what other people advertise.

How these figures were read, and how to cite them
Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2). 6 of the 29 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 23 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 4 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere. The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in GBP (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 140 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded. Derivation as chartered: one row per UK CRM agency that publishes a fee: the shape of the fee (day rate, hourly rate, monthly retainer, fixed package), the number and what it buys, the minimum term, whether VAT is stated, and which platform the fee is for - and across the rows what nobody publishes: the median and range of the published monthly retainer and of the fixed onboarding package, the median day rate, the PUBLISH RATE (the share of UK CRM agencies that put any number on their own site rather than a contact form), and repriced-since the previous read

Each one cites where its numbers come from.
The process
| 01 | Tell us how many people will use the CRM, what you rely on today and where things keep going wrong. |
|---|---|
| 02 | We look at your process and your data, then send a fixed project price that names every part it covers. |
| 03 | If the scope and the figure suit you, we agree a start date together. If they do not, you owe us nothing and hear no more. |
The team that runs this site also does the work it quotes for. It carries no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate links, and no provider in the table has paid to be there or can pay to be removed. Every figure is read from the named provider's own public page on the date shown and is what that provider advertises, not a quote for your job. Prices move; check the source before you rely on a row.
Questions, answered directly
How much does a CRM agency cost?
Among the UK CRM agencies that publish a price, the median starting figure for a set-up or onboarding package is £3,000, and the middle half start between £1,650 and £4,375. Only 6 of the 29 agencies we read put any figure on their site, so these are the market's asking prices rather than a quote. Ours is fixed once we have seen what your project involves.(UK CRM Agency Fee Index)
What information helps you price a CRM project?
The number of people who will use it, the system or spreadsheets you depend on now, roughly how many records need moving and which other tools it has to talk to. The form covers the essentials, and anything else we ask when we reply.
Is my enquiry shared with other CRM agencies?
No. The only people who see it are us, and the implementation is ours to do as well. What you tell us about your business stays with us and is never passed to rival agencies or resold.
How long does a CRM set-up take?
Mostly it depends on how much data is moving and how many tools need connecting. A small team on one platform can be working in it within weeks; a migration from an older system with years of history takes longer, and the price we send sets out each stage.
Can you work with a business anywhere in the UK?
Yes. Choosing, building and migrating a CRM happens over calls and screen shares, so where your office sits makes no difference to the project.
